Shipping Information:
- Orders placed online that are over $65 receive shipping Free within the Continental US.
- Domestic (United States) Orders typically have average transit times of 4-7 business days.
- International Orders have average transit times of 1-2 weeks and may be subject to additional Postal or Customs delays - Consider FedEx Express options if your order is time sensitive.
- Once an order is shipped we cannot make changes, so make sure you double check all your information.
DécoPro Return Policy
- A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns not caused by manufacturer defect or shipping error.
- DécoPro is not responsible for customer errors in ordering (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the original order qualified for free shipping, DécoPro will deduct the initial shipping cost from the refund.
- Buyers must contact DécoPro within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid return authorization.
- Returned items must be in new condition.
- All original packaging and accessories must be included with the return.

- Returns on cut yardage (items sold by the yard/cut to order) will only be accepted in cases of manufacturer defect or if DécoPro is responsible for shipping the wrong item. Under these circumstances DécoPro will provide return authorization once we have determined the nature of the problem. DécoPro is not responsible for customer error in ordering and no returns will be accepted without our return authorization.
- Unauthorized returns or items not claimed and returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Unclaimed Orders: We are not responsible for packages returned to us without prior authorization, or those marked as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect or insufficient address.
