What is your return policy?
We have a return policy of 30 Days for Whole Units (I.E: Key Tassels, Tiebacks, Value Packs, Put-Ups, etc.) If you ordered Custom Cut yardage (By the Yard) you cannot return it as it was cut to a custom size. What is your Free Shipping policy?
Please note that Free Domestic Shipping applies only to orders placed online. Orders placed over E-Mail, Phone, Fax, or through a Sales Representative are not eligible for Free Domestic Shipping unless the order value exceeds $500.
How long until my order ships?
Order placed before 2:00pm EST, typically ship same day.
How long will my item take to arrive after it was shipped?
We are located in Philadelphia, PA. Depending on how far away you are it can be 4-7 business days. If you live outside of the United States, average delivery time is 7-21 days for Economy shipping and for Express 3-5 Days.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes. Simply select "Pick up" on the Checkout page:

This is called 'Cut Yardage'
Quantities ordered are shipped in one continuous piece.
Example: If you order a Quantity of 7 yards, you’ll be shipped one 7-yard piece. If you order quantity 3, a 3-yard piece will be shipped.
The maximum length is dependent upon the bolt size of the product.
Example: An item is packed on a 27 Yard Bolt. 27 Yards would be the longest piece shipped.
Are you open to the public?
Absolutely! However, walk-ins are by appointment only. Please call +1-215-745-2223 or email CS@TrimDepot.com ahead of time to schedule your appointment.
Are samples of your products availabe?
Yes! Swatches/Samples are available for Trims that is sold by the yard.
The first 4 are free (including shipping) if you need more than 4 sample swatches, a charge $2 for each additional Swatch/Sample and, depending upon how much you order you may be charged $4.99 for shipping.
