• Unless you select a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option at checkout, all customs duties, import taxes, and remittance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on applicable fees and regulations.
• Occasionally, customs processing may delay the delivery of your package.

DDP vs. DDU Shipping Options

At checkout, you will be offered two international shipping choices:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
  All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the shipping cost. Your order will be delivered directly to your door with no additional charges.

• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
  Shipping costs are covered, but you will be responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Example:

• DDP: You pay everything upfront—no surprises.
• DDU: You may need to pay additional fees and work with customs before receiving your order.

Please select the option that best suits your needs during checkout.

Delivery Information

• Ensure that all delivery details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in an address correction fee charged by the courier.
• We may need to contact you to update delivery information, which could delay your shipment.
• Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays.

Customs Documentation

Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to process your shipment, which can affect the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Method

Depending on the shipping service selected, your order may be delivered by your local postal service or a local courier.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left by the carrier with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
