- A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returns not resulting from manufacturer defect or shipping error.
- DécoPro is not responsible for customer error in ordering (e.g. wrong item, size or color) and no returns will be accepted without our return authorization. Under these circumstances buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and in instances of orders with free shipping, DécoPro will deduct initial shipping costs from the refund amount.
