In such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the original order qualified for free shipping, DécoPro will deduct the initial shipping cost from the refund.
• Buyers must contact DécoPro within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid return authorization.
