• A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns not caused by manufacturer defect or shipping error.
• DécoPro is not responsible for customer errors in ordering (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the original order qualified for free shipping, DécoPro will deduct the initial shipping cost from the refund.
• Buyers must contact DécoPro within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid return authorization.
• Returned items must be in new condition.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included with the return.

• Returns on cut yardage (items sold by the yard/cut to order) will only be accepted in cases of manufacturer defect or if DécoPro is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
