- Domestic (United States) Orders typically have average transit times of 4-7 business days.
- International Orders have average transit times of 1-2 weeks and may be subject to additional Postal or Customs delays - Consider FedEx Express options if your order is time sensitive.
- Once an order is shipped we cannot make changes, so make sure you double check all your information.

- A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns not caused by manufacturer defect or shipping error.
- DécoPro is not responsible for customer errors in ordering (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the original order qualified for free shipping, DécoPro will deduct the initial shipping cost from the refund.
- Buyers must contact DécoPro within 7 days of receiving the item.

Everything was great with the purchase, but the actual color is darker than the photo. It may still work, but I would not have ordered it if I’d seen the true color beforehand. They will send a swatch—I should have done that and recommend it if you aren’t sure.
Not sellers fault it is mine. Too big for project will use on something else. Did not like the way you cannot manipulate it because it is so stiff. The lip also shows when sewn because you can't get close enough to the braid even with a.zipper foot. Not happy at all.
