• DécoPro is not responsible for customer error in ordering (e.g. wrong item, size, or color) and no returns will be accepted without our return authorization. Under these circumstances buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and in instances of orders with free shipping, DécoPro will deduct initial shipping costs from the refund amount. 
• Buyer should contact DécoPro within 7 Days after receiving the item.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of Purchase with Returns Authorization.
