Returns on cut yardage trimming will only be accepted in cases of manufacturer defect or if DécoPro is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
Under these circumstances DécoPro will provide return authorization and a return shipper label once we have determined the nature of the problem.

Sample swatches of trims are available upon request at no charge.

DécoPro is not responsible for customer error in ordering (e.g. wrong item, size or color) and no returns will be accepted without our return authorization.
Under these circumstances’ buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and in instances of free shipping, DécoPro will deduct initial shipping costs from the refund amount.
